Welcome to the Web & Digital Work Order

This work order system pertains to public-facing web, mobile, and media requests. For work orders related to internal workstation support, connectivity, hardware and software infrastructure, and tech support, please visit the IS work order system.

Work Order Categories

  • Analytics Request:

    Select this option if you are requesting information about traffic to a particular public webpage. When submitting an analytics request, please provide the URL you are interested in receiving analytics on, as well as the start and end date for the analytics period.

    If you are requesting specific usage information (Pages / Session, Avg. Session Duration, Bounce Rate, etc.) please specify these parameters in the Request Details field.


  • Collections Online Request:
  • Select this option if you are requesting a change, update, or edit to Collections Online. Please provide as much detail as possible regarding the objects, either in accession number, TMS package name, or Collections URL.

    Note: For any questions regarding TMS and ODIN, please contact the CIDA hotline at collectioninformation@lacma.org.


  • LACMA.org Update/Edit
  • Select this option for any request to a public-facing LACMA.org webpage. Please include the URL for the page you are requesting changes to. Please add any media assets (images, video, documents) to Google Drive and include the link to the Google Drive folder in your request.

    If you would like your request to be fulfilled at a future date, please include the desired go-live date for the request in the Request Details field.

    Please include a priority level that reflects the urgency of the request. Please plan work orders ahead of time to avoid abusing the urgent and emergency priority levels.

    • Emergency: Less than 1 Day
    • Urgent: 1 - 2 Days
    • Normal: 2 - 3 Days
    • Low: 1 - 2 Weeks

  • Redirect Request
  • Select this option to redirect a URL from one location to another. This can include Vanity URL (a shortened, public-friendly URL for simplified distribution) or a redirect from a LACMA.org URL to an off-site webpage. All URL redirects will be screened by Web & Digital to ensure appropriate user experience.


  • Unframed Request
  • Select this option if you are requesting a change, update, or edit to Collections Online.


  • Video Request:
  • Select this option for any media production requests, including audio recording, video recording, and editing. Provide as much information as you are able in the request and the media production team will reach out with questions and scheduling details.

    Note: All media production requests are subject to Web & Digital availability and bandwidth constraints.
